Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons flour
1 ½ cups non-fat milk
2 teaspoons ground mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup cheddar cheese
¾ cooked pound pasta
¼ cup breadcrumbs
Pan spray
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Cook, drain and rinse the pasta according to the package directions. Heat a 3 quart sauce pan over medium high heat. Add the olive oil and flour to the pan, stir and cook the flour mixture for 3-4 minutes. Add the cold non fat milk and stir vigorously with a whisk until well blended. Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce to low heat. When the sauce has thickened add the spices, Parmesan and cheddar cheeses. Stir to blend the ingredients, remove from heat and add the cooked pasta to the pan. Spry the bottom of a 9"X13" baking dish and pour the pasta and sauce into the dish, top the pasta mixture with bread crumbs and spray the top lightly with the pan spray. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes until browned and bubbly.
