Ingredients:
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
2 green onions, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pounds fresh green beans cleaned and trimmed
Cooking Instructions:
Prepare the dressing by heating a sauté pan over medium high heat, add the sesame seeds and stir slowly to toast. Remove the seeds and place in a small bowl, add the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, honey and green onions blending well.
Cook the beans in a large pot of boiling water until just tender, about 6-7 minutes. Drain off the water and add the sesame dressing tossing to coat.
