Ingredients:
1 pound chicken minced in a food processor
4 green onions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 egg white
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon
Cooking Instructions:
Mix together the first 8 ingredients, chicken through pepper. Shape the mixture into four patties and refrigerate for 20 minutes before cooking. Heat the tablespoon of oil in a large sauté pan over medium high heat. Add the patties and cook for 5 minute each side until thoroughly cooked and golden brown. Split the lemon and squeeze onto the patties.
