Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 cloves garlic minced
2 Tablespoons fresh ginger grated
1-2 teaspoons chopped hot peppers
3-4 ounces cooked pork sliced thin
6-7 ounces Soba noodles
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 teaspoons soft brown sugar
Cooking Instructions:
Heat the oil in a large wok over high heat. Add the garlic, ginger and peppers. Stir fry for one minute. Add pork and stir fry for another one to two minutes. Add the noodles, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and an additional two to four tablespoons of water. Allow to steam for another minute. Makes four servings.
